TCS is pleased to announce a partnership with a new “Ready to Move” home plant in Cardston Alberta. Temple City Housing will be using TCS fan coils in all home construction. All homes will be heated with a combination hot water fan coil system with the hot water supplied by an “On Demand” tankless water heater. This design has received much interest and applause in the industry by the dealer network and the end customer. Most home models utilize one horizontal fan coil installed in the underbelly of the floor, while some large and 2 piece home models utilize 2 fan coil units. Temple City Housing is striving to reach production of 6 to 7 completed homes per week. Total Comfort Solution is excited to be a part of this great endeavour.
