Carrington Properties is beginning construction of the 198 suite Tera Losa Senior Facility.  This property features beautiful suites, common areas, theatre, and cafeteria, plus other amenities for the comfort and well being of thier clients. The Tera Losa will be equipped with the patented TCS Integrated Piping System.  TCS is also excited that Jetco Mechanical of Edmonton will be the mechanical contractor for this project.  Jetco mechanical has a reputation of being a premier installer of large scale mechanical systems.
